"BEWARE/OJO In the begining all seems well, then things don't seem to add up and you ask questions and they either provide no information or false promises by Gabriela and her team. In my case a supplemental insurance was added without our consent even whan I asked why this sudden charge, when questioned Gabriela never followed through. Numerous calls were made to corporate even sending them messages to contact me back which never occurred. It's unprofessional and distrusting to have had false information placed on a policy never requested. Thanks to corporate they helped me obtain my refund and was able to change to a wonderful new agent. Be mindful folks. Tengan mucho cuidado, al principio las cosas pueden parecr que van bien, pero al final me di cuenta que agregaron una póliza sin nuestro consentimiento. Cuando vi que sacaron un cargo adicional y pregunte no me dieron una respuesta concreta. Luego llamé a la corporación de StateFarm y me di cuenta el porqué del cargo adicional le mande correos electrónicos al igual que la compañía le mandsron a la oficina y me dejaron de contestar. Es lamentable que se aprovechan del cliente, es falta de profesionalidad. Gracias a la corporación me devolvieron el dinero y me cambie de agente. Estén pendientes de sus pólizas."
